Please ensure you enter the RECIPIENT'S details under 'recipient name/recipient email', not your own.
The booking system will automatically email the gift card to the recipient (on the date you’ve selected) asking them to 'claim' the gift card. It will also email a receipt for the gift card purchase to the you, the person who buys the card. This is why you’ll be asked to enter the recipient’s contact details, and then your own.
If you enter your own details in the recipient section, your recipient won’t receive the gift card by email. The gift will be credited to your account and will need to be reallocated manually at this end (basically, it creates a lot of extra admin!).
Please don’t enter your own details and then try to print the voucher to give to your recipient or forward the email to them as this creates confusion on the system; there are printed vouchers available separately! -
If you don’t select a delivery date, the gift card will be emailed automatically at the time of purchase.
Please be careful not to rush through and skip this part, especially if you’re wanting the gift card to arrive on a particular date.
Gift cards cannot be unsent!

Printed gift cards are available and I can pop one in the post at no extra cost.
These cards are a token so that you have something lovely to physically hand to someone; the “real” voucher is the digital one that arrives by email.
Please purchase a digital voucher first, and then complete the form below so that I know where to send the printed card.
Cards are sent with Royal Mail First Class post. Please allow 48 hours for postage (I will aim to send your card on the same day where possible!).
